Peugeot George has shown organic growth in synergy with the establishment of a cross-border merger between the Italian/American conglomerate Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and the French PSA Group, which consists of 16 brands. This merger was formalized on 21 January 2021.

The merger is already showing significant success for the Peugeot brand – not only internationally, but also in South Africa, where the brand grew by 35% compared to 22% of the industry. The Peugeot brand provides premium vehicles that offer

freedom of movement with distinctive affordable and efficient transport solutions for every application – be it commercial or passenger vehicles.

It’s never been a better time to own a Peugeot. Not only because of the significant investment into its overall operation in South Africa, but also because of its extensive range of premium vehicles that offer a distinctive quality and look.

The brand’s success is evident in its achievement on the international stage, raking in an array of awards.

The Peugeot 208 won Super Mini of the Year at the 2022 Company Car Today Awards and the Peugeot 5008 won SUV of the Year for the fifth time in a row.

The 208 also won the European Car of the Year award in 2020, finishing ahead of two electric vehicles, Tesla and Porsche – and these are but a few of the brand’s accolades in recent years

Peugeot 3008 was the first SUV to win the European Car of the Year award in its first year of launch (2017) and in 2021 Peugeot 2008 was named the South Africa Car of the Year.
