Our shoes are a combination of only the original Three Cats Shweshwe fabric, genuine suede leather, superb craftsmanship mixed with a generous dollop of pure passion to bring you the best that Africa has to offer. Our passion for South African shweshwe fabric knows no bounds. Known as the ‘fabric that whispers’, the designs and jewel-like colours of this unique gem are entrenched in the tradition and customs of South Africans tribes.
We’ve been handcrafting original shweshwe designer shoes from 2015, working with a very talented cobbler and his team. He runs his own operation, creating opportunities for him to grow his own business.
