The George Wildlife Park is a main attraction in the Garden Route offering FUN activities for all ages!

Wild life Park
The George Wildlife park offers guided tours where visitors can learn interesting facts about our variety of loved and healthy animals. In the park you will find Bengal tigers, cheetahs, servals and caracals as well as farm animals including pigs, bunnies, chickens, geese, a pony and 2 dwarf goats. We feed the tigers every afternoon at 2pm (14:00), come join us for lunch in time to watch.

Kids Play Area
There is a spacious kids play area with jungle gyms and luscious green pastures with outdoor seating where kids can have fun and enjoy the fresh air while Mom & Dad enjoy a refreshing drink and order from our lovely menu at our Restaurant.

Function & Kids party venue
This is the perfect venue for your next function or kids birthday party as there is plenty of outdoor space and many activities for the kids!

Hours:
Tuesday to Sunday: 09h00 to 16h00
During school holidays open 7days a week except Christmas Day

If you're looking for something FUN and EXCITING to do this Easter weekend, bring the family to the George Wildlife Park and experience up-close encounters with our BIG cat family, our friendly guided tours will make your experience truly unique by sharing all the interesting facts about our four-legged family friends.

Some of the resident farm animals at the George Wildlife Park include pigs, bunnies, chickens, geese, a pony and 2 dwarf goats. Visitors can view these animals and even have the opportunity to feed them. At the Predator Park at the George Wildlife Park visitors can view 2 Bengal tigers, 2 cheetahs, 2 servals and 2 caracals. At each enclosure visitors will find a board with interesting facts about these animals.

After the lovely tour of our park families can enjoy a refreshing drink at The Coffee Cats Restaurant and fill up their bellies with a scrumptious meal or sweet treat! We offers a spacious kids play area with a jungle-gym, seesaws, swings and little swing ponies and play area with luscious green grass and outdoor seating.

*Due to similar distinctive ear tufts and short tail, the caracal is often called a ‘desert lynx’ though it is not closely related to the lynxes of the northern hemisphere.
*Caracal comes from the Turkish name ‘Karakulak’, meaning ‘black ear’.
*Egyptians portrayed caracals in wall paintings and in bronze as elegant hieratic figures sitting upright or as guardians of tombs; they also embalmed their bodies and placed them in tombs.
*In Persia and India, the caracal was trained to hunt birds as well as hares, foxes and small antelope.
*It can jump as high as 2.4 metre.

Come and say 'hello' to us at 'GEORGE WILDLIFE PARK' - which offers a bigger variety of enclosed happy animals: BENGAL TIGERS, CHEETAHS, Servals and Caracals. Also home to: pigs, bunnies, chickens, geese, a pony and 2 dwarf goats - the kids can feed = better value for your money by far.

We also have a #restaurant with delicious meals to choose from +++ a big playing area for the kids, to host birthday parties.
