Station 12 base is situated on the Eastern side of the famous Knysna Heads. A short distance from the notorious "bars" which has caused the demise of numerous seafarers. The normally tranquil entrance to the lagoon can in certain weather conditions turn into a sailors nightmare

The Spirit of KYC III - Gemini Surf 420 with 50hp Yamaha tiller arm outboard

This vessel was sponsored by the generous donations of the members of the Knysna Yacht club. She is a fast and responsive vessel use for close inshore and surf work.
Jaytee III - Gemini 550 with 2 X 70hp Yamaha outboards

This vessel was sponsored by the Tanner family of Knysna. She is a fast and responsive vessel use for close inshore and surf work.
Colorpress Rescuer - Gemini 850 with 2 X 150hp Yamaha 4 Stroke outboards

This vessel was sponsored by Ryan Lotter of Knysna/Johannesburg. She is a fast and responsive vessel use long range missions and vessel towing. She also forms a stable operations platform for the 2 smaller vessels in our fleet
